Sorting calendar by technician

You can set your homepage calendar to show daily unit totals scheduled by technician.  *Note: Before you can sort your calendar by technician, you must set up step and technician views in your "Profile."

Go to >your name > Profile

1) Set available step and technician views in your "Profile," then click "Update."

2) Select a step from the "View" dropdown above the calendar, then click the "Technician" dropdown to select a technician.

If you want to see all steps for the same technician, select view "All Steps."

3) After sorting by technician, click the number on any date. You will be directed to production search results, where you can print case lists, assign technicians, or reschedule cases
