The Case Flow Dashboard or homepage is the first page you see when you log into your 3Shape LMS. It provides you with at-a-glance information such as: 

• Total cases
• Late cases
• Missed ship date
• Case Holds

Navigation

Clicking the navigation bar up top will bring you to other dashboards such as: 

• Client
• Production
• Billing
• Reports

You can return to your Case Flow page anytime by clicking your Logo on the top left or by clicking Case Flow

Calendar

The case flow calendar shows at least 3 weeks in advance of upcoming and 1 week of previous cases. Each day/number is also click-able to bring up that days cases.

There are four different calendar views that you can change at any time:

• Orders
• Ship date
• Due date
• Patient appointment
• Task
• Technician

Search

The easiest way to pull up a list of active cases is by clicking on the search button (with nothing entered in the search box).  The most recently touched case will be on top.

You are also able to use our advanced search feature which allows you to search by multiple parameters.
