Choose from 6 different monthly statement formats

The 6 statement format options include:

• Running Balance
• Itemized running balance 
• Itemized running balance (text wrapping)
• Grouped by doctor
• Itemized grouped by doctor
• Itemized grouped by doctor (text wrapping)

Assign different formats to different clients in individual client profiles or batch change on the client list.  The "grouped by doctor" statements allow you to provide client statements subtotaled by doctor for clinics with multiple doctors but only one billing entity. 

Text wrapping allows for a more text around the item description. If the item name is too long, it may still be cut off .

To change format on an individual client profile:

Click Edit from the Billing tab of the client profile. Client > Client List > Select client > "Billing" tab > Edit

To change statement format as a batch action:

Select clients from the client list. Client > Client Profiles > Client List
