Customizing Pan # during case entry
21/10/2024Please see the following article for instructions on how to change the "Pan #" text during case entry. This field can be customized to any text you want.
Custom name can display up to 10 characters; only the first 5 characters of the custom name will display on labels and some printouts.
1) Go to Settings > Case > General > Change pan # Field name > Click "Save"
