Technician productivity report

Technicians can see their productivity by clicking on the Productivity dashboard from their tech login.  

This dashboard allows them to see productivity by any given task and date range.  The report will show cases and units completed by the tech.  Clicking on the unit number will give access to a list of the cases and to the case record.

The Technician Productivity Report can be printed out as well. 

1) Reports > Production > Technician Productivity Report

2) Filter by step, technician, and date range, then click the magnifying glass icon.

3)  Click on any blue number under the Units column to get a list of cases and access to each's case record.

4. Click print for a paper copy, or to save as a pdf.
