Chart criteria for client with orders in last 90 days

The "Clients With Orders in Last 90 Days" is designed to help 3Shape labs catch on-the-fence doctors before they completely stop sending cases.
It's also designed to *not* ring the alarm bell too early--sometimes doctors don't send cases for a few days because of vacation, business trips, etc. (See chart sorting criteria below.)
Stopped:
- No orders in the previous 2 weeks
Declining:
- 75%+ order decline in 4 weeks, or
- 50%+ decline in 2 week averages, or
- No order in previous week
Rising/Steady:
- All clients not in the above categories
