How to restore your 3Shape Account password

You must have an already created 3Shape Account.  If you are looking for how to set-up a new account, see here.

How to reset your 3Shape Account password

1. Access https://identity.3shape.com/Account/ForgotPassword through your preferred browser.
2. Provide your 3Shape Account email and press Submit.
3. An email will be sent to the provided email address with a link to complete the password reset request.  You must use the same email address associated with your 3Shape Account.
4. Once the password has been reset, make sure to update your password in the 3Shape software as well.
