Cannot login in Communicate account

When I log in to my communicate account it tells me that the username or password is invalid, please verify the following steps.

  1. Check that the email and password are correct.
  2. Use another internet browser.
  3. Use another internet network or mobile hotspot.
  4. Check with your IT that you do not have any restrictions or blocks.
  5. Change the password.
