How to find your Dongle and/or Subscription ID in Unite through your Unite Store.
27/03/2025Hello! We are going to guide you through how to find your Subscription ID.
Finding the dongle number in Unite versions older than 1.8.xx.xx:
Your dongle needs to be connected for you to be able to find the dongle number virtually.
On the PC where the dongle is connected, open any web browser and type in “localhost:27027”
If the dongle is not connected, or detected, you will find the following page:
If the dongle is connected, the licenses will show up and you will find the dongle number in bold.
You can also find you dongle number in your 3Shape Unite page.
You can access it under Settings → Installed Apps and Subscriptions → Subscription Management
Finding Subscription ID in Unite 24.1 (Cloud version)

- Open 3Shape Unite.
2. Go to the Store
3. Find the Licenses tab on the bottom left of the Store panel.
4. The Subscription ID will be found under each license.
