Model Builder Virtual trimming preferences are not applied in Dental System 25.3.0

In Dental System 25.3.0, a new bug was identified in Model Builder that prevents Virtual Trimming preferences from being applied after changes are made. Any changes relevant to Virtual Trimming parameters can be made only in Dental System Control Panel.

Workaround to apply changes in Virtual Trimming 

1. Open Dental System Control Panel.
2. Navigate to Digital Model → Digital Model Design

3. Change any of the settings applicable to your chosen material.

4. Save the changes in the Dental System Control Panel.
5. For new order: Create a new order, design it,open it in Model Builder
   For an already designed order: Delete the ModelBuilderTree.3ml in the affected order (this step resets design) and redesign in Model Builder.

How to delete the ModelBuilderTree.3ml

• In Dental Manager, right‑click the order where the new Virtual Trimming settings should be applied.
• Select Advanced → Explore Order.
• Delete the file ModelBuilderTree.3ml.
• Reopen the order in Model Builder and complete the design.
