How to change the e-mail address for your 3shape Account

Step-by-step instruction

If the customer wants to change/update his email address for the communicate account, it is possible to be done through the communicate but on the identity/Account portal. 

1. Sign in to the Communicate portal https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login
2. Move to the right to "My Account" (the person icon)
3. Click on "3Shape account" 
   

After that, you could find the current email information and could change/update it such as the image shows.

After saving the changes, remember that it is needed also to update the password in your dental application (Unite, Dental System or Ortho System).
