Adding and Removing Manufacturing Schedules for Items
30/01/2026With 3Shape LMS you can link any schedule or schedules to an item, and update the default schedule. This article will walk you through how to link a schedule, change the default schedule, and remove or “un-link” a schedule from an item.
- Go to Settings > Product Catalog > Item Management > Edit
- Click on the Item Name
- Click on the “Schedules” Tab
- From here you'll see:
- Currently linked schedule(s) under “Linked Schedules”
- The item's default schedule
- Schedules not linked are under “All Schedules”

- Click the "Add Link" icon for the schedule(s) you want associated with the item. Note: If there are no other schedules listed, click here to learn how to add schedules.

- To change the default schedule, click the button under “Default”

- Click the "Remove Link" icon for any schedule you want associated with the item. Note: All items MUST have at least one schedule.

- Click “Save” when finished
