"centric tray scan" for edentulous workflow, is not being sent over 3scom using TS 1.18.9.11

The customer reports that when they scan an edentulous patient on Unite version 1.8.14.2, including taking a "centric tray scan", the centric tray scan is not being sent with the case via 3Shape Communicate, nor is it received by the lab, using the TRIOS Scanning module version 1.18.9.11.

A Centric Tray scan is a digital dental procedure used primarily for edentulous (toothless) or partially edentulous patients to record the relationship between the upper and lower jaws (centric relation) and the vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO). It captures the position of the Ivoclar Centric Tray, which registers the jaw relationship in a single step, speeding up the workflow for creating dentures. Steps to reproduce:

• Select edentulous scan workflow
• workflow completed
• Send it to lab by 3scom

Achieved Result: 

The centric tray scan is not being sent with the case via 3Shape Communicate and is not received by the lab.

Expected Result: 

The centric tray scan should be included in the files received by the lab.

Log findings:

No relevant errors are displayed on the Unite software or the software logs. ** 

Additional information:

• The behavior was evaluated by the North America Academy team. According to them, the centric tray scan should be sent and received by the lab through 3Shape Communicate.
• The issue was reproduced both on the customer's side and on an internal 3Shape system using internal connections for testing purposes.
