August 2025
Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with displaying of new product catalog item details on the Item Management page when all schedules for an item were unlinked – now users can access the item information and update some item details, even if all schedules for the item were unlinked
- Fixed the issue with rounding of a price with hundredths to a price with tenths after the decimal point on the Price tab of the Item Management page – now prices with hundredths are saved and displayed correctly on the Item Management page
- Removed Sales Prospects feature from the Client menu as it had some issues and was not used much – all users who relied on this feature should receive a document with the relevant data
July 2025
What's New:
- Re-enabled the Transition Tool – now users can transition old product catalog items to new product catalog items using the tool
- Added a search bar on the Transition Tool page – now users can search for a specific old product catalog item on the Transition Tool page
June 2025
Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with taxable sales calculation in the Tax report – taxable items are included in non-taxable sales in the Tax report for clients with 0% taxes set
- Fixed the issue with intermittent displaying of Send to Dental System option in the Actions drop-down in the case record – Send to Dental System option is always visible in the Actions drop-down in the case record for cases created with new product catalog items

Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with not completed steps for multi-step cases after proceeding them under specific circumstances-all steps are displayed as completed after proceeding them
April 2025
Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with the number of units assigned to technicians – now the number of units per technician is displayed correctly in the Production menu
- Fixed the issue with adding production steps during a case creation – now users can add production steps and set a due date for them during a case creation
- Fixed the issue with updating a technician assigned to a production step after returning a case to manufacturing – now the correct technician is assigned to the production step after the corresponding updates
- Fixed the issue with taxable sales amount in the tax report – now taxable sales are calculated correctly in the tax report
