January 2026
What's New:
- Added the “Delivered” status for sent and received emails, added “resend” option next to “edit” option in email queue for emails with “error” status-now users have information that the email was received and can quickly resend an email that was not received.
- Implemented the possibility to Ignore received cases and restore the ignored cases on the Case Inbox page-this option is available for beta customers only

Renamed the “Ship date” column to “Requested date” column in the Case Inbox table, added the confirmation dialog before declining a case in the case review form – the option is available for beta customers only
Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with updating prices for existing item on the Item Management page reproducible under specific circumstances-now users should be able to update prices for existing items on the Item Management Page
- Fixed the issue with adding alloy materials for existing items on the Item Management page reproducible under specific circumstances-now users should be able to add alloy materials for existing items on the Item Management page
- Fixed the issue with adding new items on the Item Management page reproducible for specific labs-now users should be able to add new items on the Item Management page
- Fixed the issue with additional product type being displayed in the case record after updating the item during the case edit-now only a new item is displayed in the case record after updating and additional product type item.
- Fixed the issue with displaying production materials in the case record after removing/updating the linked additional product item-now production materials linked to the additional product item are not displayed in the case record after removing the item.
- Fixed the issue with incorrect shade display in the case review for cases received from Unite Desktop-the option is available for beta customers only
December 2025
What's New:
- Removed the banner on the LMS main page that reminds to transit to the new product catalog – now users do not see the banner after login
- Implemented receiving cases from Unite Desktop to the same lab – now users can send cases from the lab`s team Unite Desktop to the lab`s LMS – the option is available for beta customers only
- Implemented displaying of 3d scans sent from Unite Desktop in the case review form in LMS – now users can explore scans before accepting/declining a case sent from Unite Desktop – the option is available for beta customers only
- Implemented the possibility to add 3Shape account to a client from the Case Inbox page – now users can add 3Shape account to a client for Unite cases sent from an account not mapped to any lab client directly from the Case Inbox page, instead of redirecting to the Client Connection page – the option is available for beta customers only

Implemented sending the delivery/due date set during a case acceptance from LMS to Unite in a case message, the delivery date in Communicate and Unite is updated accordingly for the case – now users are confident that their clients know the expected delivery date of the requested order – the option is available for beta customers only
Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with editing a case with a new product catalog item when the corresponding product type is deactivated for an old product catalog – now editing a case with a new product catalog item does not depend on a product type
- Fixed the issue with displaying old product catalog items when editing a case with an additional product only that was created using the new product catalog option – now users will see new product catalog items when editing a case with an additional product only
- Fixed the issue with displaying shipments to an outsource manufacturer in the To Manufacturer table in the Shipments & Pickups menu for existing labs – now users will see cases shipped to an outsource manufacturer in the To Manufacturer table
- Fixed the issue with invalid received date in the case review form in the Case Inbox page when non-English locale is set in the browser – now users should not experience issues with the case review form due to browser locale – the option is available only for beta customers for now
- Fixed the issue with the additional product type not being updated during the case edit – now the additional product type can be updated in the case edit form

- Removed the banner on the LMS main page that reminds to transition to the new product catalog – now users do not see the banner after login. Final transition deadline is December 31, 2025.

- Implemented the banner on the LMS main page that reminds to transition to the new product catalog – now users see the banner each time after login when the browser history is clean

- Fixed the issue with error displaying during login to LMS in the Mozilla Firefox browser – now users do not see an error page during login

- Fixed the issue with adding enclosed items for the case creation form in Settings – now users can add new enclosed items to the enclosed list for the case creation form

Resolved Issues:
- Fixed the issue with displaying of new product catalog item details on the Item Management page when all schedules for an item were unlinked – now users can access the item information and update some item details, even if all schedules for the item were unlinked
- Fixed the issue with rounding of a price with hundredths to a price with tenths after the decimal point on the Price tab of the Item Management page – now prices with hundredths are saved and displayed correctly on the Item Management page
- Removed Sales Prospects feature from the Client menu as it had some issues and was not used much – all users who relied on this feature should receive a document with the relevant data
