Defining case flags
21/10/2024To change add or change the tooltip text that shows up for your case flags follow these instructions.
1) Settings > Case > Case Notes, Flags, > Case Flag Management > Edit
2) Click "Edit"
3) Enter text and enable tool tip and click "Update"
