Selecting lab working days

This article will show you how to set up your lab's operating days.

To set up holidays and other closures, see the following article: Scheduling holidays and lab closures.

1) Go to Settings 

Settings are located under your user name in the top right hand corner of the page.  You can access them from any page on your site, (Case Flow, Billing, Client, etc.)

2) The Settings page will automatically be in General > System 

From there click on the  drop down menu to the right of Lab working days and  choose your lab's regular working days.  Then click the blue Save button in the top right hand corner of the page. To see your changes, log out and log back in.
