Voiding a shipment
21/10/2024This article will show you how to void a shipment that you may have accidentally shipped or no longer need.
*Note: When you void a shipment the cases will go back to their previous location in the "Ready for Client" tab
1) Case Flow > Shipping Center > Shipments & Pickups
2) Locate shipment and click Shipment # in blue
3) Click "Void"
4) Click "Ok"
