Increasing Master Pricebooks by a Percentage

This article explains how to increase pricing by percentage for the total Pricebook, or by item. 

*Note: Client Pricelists can NOT be increased by percentage.  Everything on the Client Pricelist will automatically automatically update when you change the Pricebook, except custom prices. Items with custom pricing (indicated by a yellow triangle in the corner) will need to be manually changed.

Go to Billing > Price Management > Pricelists. 

1) Select the Pricebook you want to update

2) Click “Edit”

3) To increase all pricing, enter the percentage amount in the Session Master Adjustment box; then, “click on the curved arrow next to “Price” in the header row. Click “Update” when finished.

Click “Update”

4)  To increase a select item or items, enter the percentage amount in the Session Master Adjustment box; then, click on the curved arrow next to each item's price that you want to increase. Click “Update” when finished.
