Enabling/disabling production lines
21/10/20243Shape LMS users can enable up to 2 different production lines for multi-step manufacturing. Full-service labs typically separate the production lines into "Fixed" and "Removable".
Production line names
Enable production lines in setting (see below). The names for both production lines are customizable in the settings:
1) Settings > General > Production Line > Enable Production Line 1/2 > Yes
If 2 items are ordered from different production lines
If 2 items are ordered from different production lines, the work ticket will display the tasks in chronological order starting with the 1st production line. Unlike combination cases, the tasks will not be blended together.
