Setting up production steps

This article shows you how to set up production line steps that allow your technicians to move a case forward. 

1) Settings > General > Production Line > Production Line > Edit

2) Click "Add Step"

*Note: Enter put the production steps in the general order that you would like them proceeded through LMS. You can always rearrange the steps, but this will minimize the amount of step shuffling needed initially.

3) Enter the Step name and Type, then click "Create"

4) If you need to reorder a step or steps, use the up and down arrows to the left of the step OR drag and drop it into place with your mouse  

5) Click "Save Order" when finished
