Creating user-defined product icons
21/10/20243Shape LMS allows you to create 3 user-defined product icons that can be seen on the case entry page.
1) Settings > Product Catalog > User-defined product icons > Edit
2) Select a "User Defined" name in blue
3) Click "Edit"
4) Input name and select a workflow and click "Update"
