Adding a reply-to email address for invoices and statements
16/01/2025You must enter a reply-to email address before emailing invoices or statements.
1. Go to Settings General System Reply-to email. Enter the email that should receive any replies clients send regarding invoices or statements you've emailed to them. Click the Save button. Log out & back for your changes to update.
Note: The email address that sends statements & invoices is lms@3shape.com. Your clients should add this to their contact list to ensure invoices & statements are not filtered to a spam or junk folder.
