Before you Cancel
Before proceeding with a cancellation, be mindful of:
Cancellation timing: We must receive your request at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure it’s processed in time.
Data retention: Your cases will remain on your account unless you uninstall the software. However, without active licenses, you won’t be able to work on them.

Cancelling a Free Trial
Log in to your account. Visit the 3Shape Webshop and sign in using your credentials.
Go to your Products. Navigate to “My Account” in the top right corner and select “Products”
Open the product menu. Click the three-dot menu next to the product you want to cancel.
Confirm cancellation. Follow the on-screen steps. A confirmation message will appear, and your subscription overview will reflect the cancellation. Allow a few minutes for processing.
IMPORTANT: Cancel at least 48 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
