Making Your Product Catalog Visible to Clients
10/02/2026Step 1: Navigate to Product Catalog Settings
- Go to Settings.
- From the left-hand menu, select Product Catalog.
- Under Product Management, click Edit.
Step 2: Review the Catalog Sharing Information
At the top of the Product Catalog page, you will see an information bar about catalog sharing.
- If you would like to preview what your product catalog will look like to your clients, click the preview hyperlink in this information bar and follow the instructions provided.
Step 3: Share Your Product Catalog
When you are ready to share your catalog:
- Click Start Automatic Catalog Sharing on the right side of the information bar.
- A confirmation message will appear. Review this information carefully before proceeding.
Important:
Once your product catalog is shared and goes live, it cannot be unpublished.
The only way to prevent a specific client from seeing your catalog after it is live is to disconnect from that client on the LMS Client Connections page.
Best Practice Before Going Live
We recommend waiting until the end of your workday to make your product catalog live. This allows the clinic’s Unite software time to refresh and display your offerings correctly.
If you choose to go live earlier in the day, please note that it may take some time before the clinic can see your catalog.
What Clinics Will See
Below is an example screenshot of what a clinic will see once your product catalog is shared.
Note: The items shown are specific to our demo lab. Your catalog will display the products and services associated with your office.
To understand how items are categorized in the clinic’s Unite software, refer to the color-coded sections highlighted in the screenshot.
