Important Update on the New Product Catalog Transition Tool
25/03/2025The Transition Tool has temporarily been disabled due to feedback from our customers regarding custom pricing.
We are diligently working to include custom pricing in the process; and will re-enable the Transition Tool as soon as it's available. The transition deadline will be extended and we will communicate the new date as soon as possible.
Please note if you have already transitioned items, custom prices have NOT been carried over. We recommend using the Old Product Catalog case entry to ensure correct pricing. If you've made any of the items inactive after they were transitioned, you will need to reactivate them in the Old Product Catalog to see them at case entry.
If you've already entered cases from the New Product Catalog with items that have custom pricing, you will need to edit the invoice to correct the pricing; or re-enter the custom pricing before invoicing the case.
If you completed the transition (clicked the Complete Transition button) you can either re-enter the custom pricing for each client, or contact support to reactivate your Old Product Catalog. Email us at support@3shape.com with the subject line “Reactivate LMS Old Product Catalog” or call the LMS team directly at 908-291-8969.
Note: If your lab doesn't use custom pricing, you can continue using the New Product Catalog case entry.
