Error Message: SOP class (91.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.13.1.2) not supported when importing DICOM file in Ortho Analyzer

If a DICOM file cannot be imported into Ortho Analyzer and the error “Error: SOP class (91.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.13.1.2) not supported” appears, it means the SOP class used to generate the DICOM file is not supported for import.

To resolve this issue, the DICOM must be generated according to the parameters specified in the DICOM Conformance Statement (applicable to both Ortho and Implant Studio). If assistance is needed with these settings, the customer should contact the CBCT manufacturer for support, as it involves third-party software.

Once the DICOM file is generated correctly, it can be imported into Ortho Analyzer without issue.
