Changing the payment plan in 3Shape Webshop

This article applies to subscriptions directly managed by 3Shape.

 

You can change your payment plan for your entire subscription or a specific product within your subscription from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time, so long as the change is made no later than 48 hours before the renewal date. Any changes made to the billing frequency will take effect from the next renewal date.

Prerequisites

To change your payment plan, you must have a valid payment method added to your account. If no payment method is available, you will be prompted to add one before completing the change. 

You cannot change your billing frequency if you have any outstanding or unresolved payments on your account. All pending payments must be settled before a billing type change can be made.

Instructions

Step 1: Sign in to Webshop. Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page, logging in with your 3Shape Account, this should be the email used for Communicate (the one used to send cases to the lab from our software Unite).

Step 2: Fill in your login credentials and click “Sign In”. After logging in check to see that the correct region has been selected.

Step 3: Click on the Account icon and go to the “Products” section (if you are on a mobile device the main menu may appear at the bottom of the screen).

Step 4: Click on the down arrow to expand the subscription, here you will see the products under that subscription. Click on the 3 dots menu to the corresponding product and choose the “change payment plan” option.


Step 5: A pop-up will prompt you to select the payment plan. Choose the desired option and click "Proceed". Prices shown here do not include tax.

 

Step 6: You will see the summary of your change. If everything is correct, click “Confirm”.


 

Step 7: A window confirming the change will appear and a confirmation email will be sent. It may take a few minutes for the changes to be reflected in the “Products” section
