How to apply license update in software

After each change (for example, renewal) on the dongle contents a further dongle update needs to be done.
There are 2 ways how to do that:
1.You can update the dongle from the Dongle Server Service page in the browser. Please, follow these steps:
- Open your web browser on a PC with your dongle inserted and navigate http://localhost:27027
- Once you have accessed the Dongle Server Service status page, click on ‘Update dongle’ Button
- Once the update is complete, you may need to restart your software to apply the changes.
2. The dongle can be updated directly from the software (especially if you are using Move+).
In order to do that please start Unite and:
- Go to the tab MORE;
- Click on the option “Settings”;
- Proceed with choosing the “Installed Apps and Subscriptions”;
- After that - “Subscriptions Management”;
- Find the section “Details” – select “Open”;
- Finally, click on “Update” dongle - the dongle will search for any updates.
What is a dongle?
A dongle is a small USB-stick that connects to the computer and acts as a license key for the software. It ensures that only authorized users can access and use the software, protecting it from piracy.
