This article applies to all trial and paid subscriptions started through our 3Shape Webshop platform. Whether you're trying out our software or on an active subscription, this guide walks you through how to cancel and what to expect afterward.

If you have started your trial with a reseller, please contact them for cancellation. 

Before You Cancel

Before proceeding with a cancellation, please note:

  • Cancellation timing: We must receive your request at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure it’s processed in time.
  • What will happen with my data after I cancel my subscription?  
    Your cases will stay on your account unless you uninstall the software. However, without active software with active licenses you cannot work on your cases anymore.
  • Need help? If you're experiencing issues, our support team may be able to help you without needing to cancel

How to Cancel

If You’re on a Free Trial

  1. Log in to your account 
    Go to Webshop log in and sign in using your credentials.

 

2. Go to your Products  
You can access that under My Account in the top right corner.

 

3. Click on the three dotted menu next to the product that you want to cancel.
Follow the steps on the screen to cancel.

4. Confirm cancellation
You’ll see a confirmation message and your subscription overview will indicate that the subscription is cancelled. Please allow a few minutes to process the request.

IMPORTANT: 

You must cancel no later than 48 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.

NOTE:

Request cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal. This allows us to process your request in time to avoid billing. 

 

IMPORTANT: 

It is your responsibility to make sure that your cancellation has been successfully received and confirmed by us. If you do not receive confirmation of cancellation within 1 business day, it is vital that you contact us.
