How to enable Pearl integration with 3Shape Unite

Prerequisites for the integration:

• Dental Desktop 1.7.19.x or higher. 
• Pearl version 4.20.4.0 or higher   
• Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, see Known Limitations.

3Shape Unite and Pearl (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in Unite from Pearl (Create, merge, and update patient).  Read more about Pearl here.

How to enable the integration in Pearl

Pearl software does not require any specific actions to enable the integration. After a new patient is created, you can locate the integration button on the right-hand side.

Known limitations

• Regarding different PMS & Unite setup options and integration on Trios Move, check this article: Practice management system & Imaging system setup overview 
• Patient updates are only propagated from Pearl to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
