Design group not appearing under case icons
21/10/2024If the design group is not appearing during case entry under the case entry icons check your settings of that specific design group
1) Go to Settings > Product Catalog >Design groups> Edit
2) Choose the design group where you want the product to appear
3) Add your product type or types and click save
