Rescheduling a case from Production

You can reschedule case ship and/or due dates from the Production Dashboard, as well as, reschedule individal step dates. 

Rescheduling multiple cases' ship and/or due dates in a batch

Use checkboxes to select cases. Click Actions > Reschedule.

In the pop-out window, enter a ship date, then a due date, and click Update

Rescheduling ship and due dates OR indvidual tasks for a single case

Click the Cases Action Gear & select Reschedule

 

In the pop-out window, enter Ship the Due date OR select a new date on the task line(s). Then click Update.
