Adding and removing product types
21/10/2024This article shows you how to choose which product icons (product types) are visible during case entry.
1) Go to Settings > Product Catalog > Product type > Edit
2) To activate: Inactive tab > Actions gear > Activate
3) To deactivate: Active tab > Actions gear > Deactivate
*Note: You can not create additional icons, only existing icons and the 4 user-defined icons can be added to the product icon list in case entry. To see how to rearrange the order of appearance, click here.
4) Drag & drop the hamburger icon to change the case entry display order
