How to undo a 3Shape Account transfer

In case the onboarding workflow had ended up in a wrong transfer, it will be possible to undo the transfer by following the next steps.
The Undo transfer is only possible for you during the 14 days following the transfer, if you made any case, connection, etc. during this period, they will be transferred back to the original company. If an undo is required after this period, you will need to contact 3shape Support.
The undo transfer is only possible from the Acquiring Company, and it needs to be done by an Administrator.
The process:
- From the main/acquiring company go to the 3shape Account Portal.
Go to Companies and Select your Primary company.
- In the company info tab, go to the option transfer history and click "Edit".
- Press the 3 dots menu, a drop-down menu will appear, and the option UNDO TRANSFER will be displayed - click on it.
- A new window will appear with 2 options - Undo the transfer and restore back the original company or keep the transfer and continue working in the acquiring company.
Choose the first option, "Undo transfer and work independently".
After confirming the UNDO, a window will appear indicating that the acquired/transferred company was restored back to the original.
