What is Unite Cloud app?

Unite Cloud app is a completely new cloud-based mobile app and website platforms, allowing you to always stay up to date on your cases.

With Unite Cloud app you get access to all your cases, patient profiles, review each treatment and discuss case details with your partners through integrated chat. It's available on any device - mobile, tablet, and web. 

Unite Cloud app is GDPR and HIPAA compliant.

How can I get access to Unite Cloud app?

You can download the app from Apple Store or Google play, or access it through a web browser here. You need to use your 3Shape Account to log in. 

Are there any prerequisites to use Unite Cloud app, I should be aware about?

Unite Cloud app is compatible with Unite 24.1 and newer versions only. The synchronization with cloud storage should be always turned on to benefit from Unite Cloud.

Can I continue using 3Shape Communicate?

We advise all Unite 24.1 and newer customers to use Unite Cloud app to stay up to date on your cases and communicate with your lab. Communicate will remain accessible for all users for the time being.

Why don't I see all my data from Unite in Unite Cloud app?

Please ensure you are using Unite 24.1 or newer version, and that synchronization with cloud setting is enabled. You can see the case synchronization status in the Patient Media Library or Case list in Unite.

Which file formats are supported in Unite Cloud app?

Unite Cloud app supports adding and viewing the following:

• Image formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp 
• 3D files: dcm, ply, stl

How can I establish a lab connection or 3rd party integration in Unite Cloud app?

You can create a new connection via the “Lab connections” page that is available in the side menu. There you will find a lab to collaborate with or pair with 3rd party integrations as in Communicate Portal (excl. Invisalign).

How do I establish Invisalign connection?

Invisalign connection is only available with TRIOS 3 scanners. You can connect via the “Connections page” in 3Shape Communicate and follow the described steps.
