Cancelling your LMS subscription

We're sorry LMS isn't a good fit for your lab. This article will explain how to cancel your LMS. 

Send your request to support@3Shape.com by a 3Shape Company user with “Owner” role or the owner(s) need to be cc'd on the request. All subscription changes must be in writing from a user with “Owner” role.

The subject line should read: Cancel LMS subscription# (you can find the 9 digit subscription # on their invoice as seen in screenshot below).

The body of the email should include the effective cancellation date & the reason(s) for cancelling. We use this feedback to improve our software & customer experience.

Once the LMS team receives your request, we'll email you let you know what the options are for accessing your site data. Subscription updates are typically completed within two business days. To ensure you are not billed for the next months subscription fee, we recommend sending cancellation requests at least a week before the last business day of the month.

Once the subscription update has been completed, we will send an email with any information needed to access your site data.

If you're cancelling because you didn't have time to complete the site set up, or needed help from the LMS team, please let us know. In some cases, we can extend your trial period.
