3Shape Communicate application does not login in Android phones

Description of the error

It may happen when you log in to Communicate application on an Android phone, the following error appears after logging you credentials in :


It appears when Chrome is not set as a default browser on Android.

Steps to solve the issue:

1. On your Android, open Settings .
2. Tap Apps& notifications.
3. At the bottom, tap Advanced.
4. Tap Default apps.
5. Tap Browser App Chrome .
6. Log into Communicate app again
