How to enable Dental4Web integration with 3Shape Unite

Prerequisites for the integration:

• 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer. 
• Dental4Web (D4Web) Agent 3.21.0.29007 or higher.
• Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, see Known Limitations.

3Shape Unite and Dental4Web (D4Web)  PMS integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Dental4Web (D4Web) - Create, merge, and update patient, for faster and easier managing of patient data.  Read more about Dental4Web (D4Web)  here.

How to enable the integration in Dental4Web

The integration requires manual settings in Dental4Web (D4Web). Prior to enabling the integration, please contact Dental4Web (D4Web) Support team- here or contact the Dental4Web Support team on 1300 855 966 to configure Dental4Web (D4Web). 

Once the integration configured, you may use standard integration workflows.

Known limitations

• Patient updates are only propagated from Dental4Web (D4Web) to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
