How to enable Onepix integration with 3Shape Unite

Prerequisites for the integration:

• 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer. 
• Onepix 2.5.7 (local) and Onepix 2.6.8 (cloud).
• Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, see Known Limitations.

3Shape Unite and Onepix (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Onepix (Create, merge, and update patient) and allows you to open TRIOS directly from the patient chart in Onepix for faster and easier scanning. Read more about Onepix here.

By activating the Onepix Integration feature within Unite, you will be able to seamlessly transfer 3Shape scans in STL format directly to Onepix.

How to enable the integration in Onepix

1. Open Onepix and go to the Settings page.
Scroll down to the Plugins section and select the 3ShapeUnite Plugin.

2. Once selected, click Add New Device.

3. Fill in the following details:

• Connection Name
• Host Address
• Username
• Password

4. Click Save to complete the integration.

As soon as you set the integration up, PMS integration workflows will be available:

Known limitations:

• Regarding different  PMS & Unite setup options and integration on Trios Move, check this article: Practice management system & Imaging system setup overview 
• Patient updates are only propagated from Onepix to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
