How to enable Facile.net integration with 3Shape Unite

Prerequisites for the integration:

• 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer. 
• Facile.net client and 3Shape Unite must be installed on the same computer.  
• Both standalone and client-server setups are supported.

3Shape Unite and Facile.net (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Facile.net (Create, merge, and update patient) and allows you to open TRIOS directly from the patient chart in Facile.net for faster and easier scanning.  Read more about Facile.net here.

How to enable the integration in Facile.net

Please get in touch with Facile.net before the installation process. Facile.net plugin is required for the integration.

As soon as you set the integration up, standard PMS integration workflows will be available:

Known limitations:

• To leverage integration on TRIOS MOVE, Facile.net client should be installed on the same device. TRIOS MOVE should be part of client-server installation.
• Patient updates are only propagated from Facile.net to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
