Disabling Automatic Design Sharing via 3Shape Communicate in Dental System

Starting with Dental System 2022, designs for cases received through 3Shape Communicate are automatically shared with the clinic or laboratory that submitted the case after the design is completed.

To prevent designs from being shared automatically, disable the "Auto send design" option for individual clinics or laboratories.

Disabling Automatic Design Sharing

Step 1: Open "Dental System Control Panel".

Step 2: Open "Dentists" or "Labs", depending on the type of partner.

Step 3: Open the "3Shape Communicate Integration" settings.

Step 4: Clear the "Auto send design" checkbox for the desired clinic or laboratory.

Step 5: Click "Save".

If required, repeat these steps for other clinics or laboratories.

Once this option is disabled, newly received cases designed in Dental System will no longer be shared automatically with the corresponding clinic or laboratory.
