How to setup 3Shape Communicate integration in Dental System

Configuring 3Shape Communicate in Dental System for order reception

To receive orders from dentists or labs via 3Shape Communicate in Dental System, you must first configure the feature in the Dental System Control Panel:

Step 1: Make sure you have created and activated a 3Shape Communicate account.

Step 2: Go to Dental System Control Panel.

Step 3: Select “Tools”. 

Step 4: Choose “3Shape Communicate”.

Step 5: Under “3Shape Communicate Integration” click “Configure…”

Step 6: Check “Enabled” and type your 3shape Communicate account email and password.

Step 7: Check if the credentials are correct by pressing “Test connection” button.

Step 8: Press "OK" and save changes before exiting the Dental System Control Panel.
