Ortho System software does not start if Duet Display application is installed on the PC

Using Duet Display on Ipad or additional PC monitor

Duet Display is a 3rd party screen mirroring software that allows to use iPad as an additional PC monitor. This may be used by the doctor to show the treatment plan to the patient easily on their iPad.

When having Duet Display program installed on a PC with Ortho System, Ortho Analyzer, Appliance Designer, ScanItManager cannot be opened.

There is no error message - nothing happens upon attempt to open the software.

Solution

Workaround: uninstall Duet Display from a PC where Ortho System is being used and try to use any other similar application.

Usage of Duet Display with the Ortho System is taken into consideration for future releases.
