Error Message: Unable to create shell. Try to change spline. During the shell workflow in appliance designer

This error is displayed when focal points are not correctly placed. At least two focal points must be set on each tooth to continue creating the shell accurately.

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue, at least two points must be located on each tooth for the shell was created correctly, once they are placed correctly the shell ca be created.
