How to switch from TRIOS Care to TRIOS Only

Introduction to TRIOS Care

TRIOS Care is a service agreement included for all new customers at zero cost for the first year.

After 9 months from the purchase date, any TRIOS Care subscriber will have the option to choose between TRIOS Care and TRIOS Only.

  • The request to switch should be submitted within the last 90 days of the first year and will be carried out upon the expiration of the current contract and activated on the next renewal date.  
  • Switching is free, but if a contract is on the monthly payment, you will still have to pay the remaining monthly installments until the current contract period is done as per the agreement.
  • Existing customers with CliniCare subscriptions must first convert to TRIOS Care and commit to 24 months of subscription, after which you will be free to downgrade to TRIOS Only. 
  • In the last 90 days of the 24-month period, you can change directly to TRIOS Only. Following this period, you can choose to downgrade to TRIOS Only at any time, with activation on your next renewal date. 
  • It is possible to change back to TRIOS Care at any time at no other cost than the price of TRIOS Care.
