How to Disable Automatic Design Sending via 3Shape Communicate in Dental System

Starting from Dental System 2022, once a case is received via 3Shape Communicate and designed in Dental System, the final design is automatically sent back to the clinic or lab that originally submitted the case.

If you prefer not to automatically send designs back, you can disable this feature either for a specific clinic/lab or for all partners.

How to Disable Automatic Design Sharing:

• Open Dental System Control Panel.
• Navigate to Dentists / Labs.
• Select 3Shape Communicate Integration.
• Locate and uncheck the box labeled ‘Auto send design’ for the desired clinic/lab.
• Click Save to apply the changes.

💡 If needed, repeat the process for other clinics/labs.

Once disabled, newly received cases that are designed will not be sent automatically to the clinic or lab.
