How to convert from TRIOS Care to TRIOS Only

TRIOS Care is included for free for all new customers during the first year.

After 9 months from your purchase date, you can choose to switch from TRIOS Care to TRIOS Only.

• To switch, you need to make your request within the last 90 days of your first year. The switch will take effect once your current contract ends and will be activated on the next renewal date. 
• The switch itself is free, but if you're on a monthly payment plan, you'll still need to pay for the remaining months of your current contract.
• Existing customers with CliniCare subscriptions must first convert to TRIOS Care and commit to 24 months of subscription, after which you will be free to downgrade to TRIOS Only. 
• In the last 90 days of the 24-month period, you can change directly to TRIOS Only. Following this period, you can choose to downgrade to TRIOS Only at any time, with activation on your next renewal date.
• You can always switch back to TRIOS Care at any time, with no additional cost other than the price of TRIOS Care.
