Managing production through the Production Dashboard

The Production Dashboard simplifies managing cases as cases move through each step of the manufacturing process.  A click of the mouse allows easy and multiple ways to access the details needed to keep cases moving smoothly from one production step to the next; giving you the opportunity to resolve issues proactively.  In addition you have the ability to assign technicians, skip steps, return cases to a previously completed step, and proceed cases to the next step.

The Step Status by Units chart on the left shows case status by production line and production steps. To get a case list by step, click on it's name.  To see a list of cases under Late, Due Today, or Current, click on the number under that column for each step OR get an entire list in the Total row at the bottom of the chart.

The On-Time Status Chart gives you an overview of all cases being manufactured regardless of production line.
