[Obsolete] How to synchronize Unite with Communicate

Instructions
In order to establish synchronization of Dental Desktop/Unite with Communicate, please follow the instructions:
- Go to More → Settings → General → Users in Unite;
- Enter Communicate credentials for the selected User;
- Press "Test";
- Save changes.
