Creating CAM output for a Copy Denture

To generate CAM output for a Copy Denture, the correct materials and manufacturing process settings must be configured in the “Order Form” and “Control Panel”.

Configure materials in the Order Form

Step 1: Select the required material for the artificial teeth.

Step 2: Select the required material for the gingiva Copy Denture.

Configure the manufacturing process

Step 1: Open Control Panel.

Step 2: Go to "Site Settings".

Step 3: Select "Manufacturing Processes".

Step 4: Verify that either "RAW STL CAM output" or "CAM 5 output" is selected as the manufacturing process method.

Generate CAM output

Step 1: Complete the design.

Step 2: Right-click the designed order.

Step 3: Navigate to advanced options and select "Generate CAM output".

CAM output is generated in STL or CAM5 format for both the gingiva and teeth components.

Please note that other manufacturing process methods are not supported for Copy Denture workflows.
